I’d like to add Wildlands Restoration Volunteers (www.wlrv.org), a restoration and education community that started in Boulder about 10 years ago and now has branches in Fort Collins and Missoula. I’ve been volunteering with them for a long time. We just began a long-term restoration project at the corner of 55th and Pearl. The first stage involved cutting down a lot of non-native trees so the cottonwoods would have less competition; in October we’ll be planting natives.
